# Login

## 1. Log in to NeoLAB Cloud

* When you download and run the app, please select one of the following login methods: **NeoLAB login, Google login, or Apple login.** \
  \*If you have used an existing Neo Studio, Grida Board, or Pen Manager account, you can simply select that account and log in.

**\*NeoLAB login (newly added)**&#x20;

* If only Google and Apple login were supported, we have newly added a self-signup system for NeoLAB Convergence. We welcome many new sign-ups.

## 2. NDP(Neo Data Platform) Login

* If you have selected one of the three easy login methods on the login screen, you can select the account to log in with on the login processing web page that appears along with the login window of the selected account, or enter your ID and password.

## 3. Login Sucessful

* If you entered the ID and password for your login account, the login processing web page will close with a notification of completion, and you will be taken to the NeoLAB Cloud's terms and conditions agreement.&#x20;
* If the window does not close, click the **"Return to NeoLAB Cloud"** button at the bottom to close the web page.

## <mark style="color:blue;">Exception case</mark>

### **1.** When Safari is set as the default browser (Mac OS)

* If Safari is set as the default browser, the browser itself will block the pop-up for selecting the login account.&#x20;
* In this case, clicking on the pop-up allow icon next to the window will bring up the pop-up window for selecting the account as usual.

* After logging in, the pop-up for login completion will appear as shown above.&#x20;
* When the pop-up appears, close it and click refresh (F5) in the browser to bring up a pop-up that asks, "Do you want to allow 'Do you want to allow this page to open 'NeoLABCloud'?"&#x20;
* Click the \[Allow] button to proceed to the Terms and Conditions screen on the NeoLAB Cloud screen.
