Update RECO firmware

You can update the RECO firmware through Pen Manager

  1. After connecting RECO to a PC, select 'RECO' from the left menu of Pen Manager.

2. If the firmware can be updated, the [↓] icon is displayed on the right side of the firmware version. Please click the [↓] icon.

3. When you click the download icon, a message saying [Do you want to download the latest firmware?] appears. Click [OK].

4. When the following message appears, [Firmware download is complete. Update will begin upon disconnection of the cable connected to RECO.], click [OK] and remove the RECO USB device from the PC.

5. When the USB device is removed from the PC, RECO's LED will flash. Please wait until the LED light turns off completely.

6. When the LED light turns off completely, the firmware update is complete. Now you can use RECO in a more reliable environment.
