1.Connect the Smartpen to Pen Manager and enter the pen details window.
2. If the latest firmware is available, the download [↓] button appears. Please click the download [↓] button.
3. Click [OK] in the pop-up window [Would you like to download the latest firmware?].
4. Firmware download is complete. The pen will briefly turn off and then turn back on. Click [OK] in the window.
5. After the pen is turned off and turned back on, reconnect the pen to Pen Manager and check the firmware information. You can use the pen in a more reliable environment with the latest firmware.
