# CD음원 추출 도중 강제종료 현상 발생 오류

**팝펜스탬프 실행 중 CD 음원 추출 과정에서 프로그램이 종료될 경우 아래의 해결 방법을 시도해주세요.**

**1.**추출된 음원 mp3 파일이 저장될 폴더를 새로 만든 폴더로 지정한 후 작업해주세요. 기존 폴더에 작업할 시 오류가 발생할 확률이 있습니다.

2.위의 방법으로 해결되지 않을 시 내문서에서 NeoLABConvergence - downloads 폴더에 접속해주세요.폴더에 user\_info.txt파일이 있을 경우 삭제 후 팝펜 스탬프 프로그램을 재실행합니다.
