1.팝펜 케이블을 데스크탑 본체 후면에 연결하였는지 확인해주세요. 데스크탑 전면 포트에 케이블을 연결할 경우  오류가 발생할 수 있어 후면 포트 연결을 권장합니다.

2.위의 방법으로도 해결되지 않는다면 디스크 검사를 권장드립니다.
