Devices connected to NeoLAB Cloud can be used on both Neostudio and Grida Board.
If both Neostudio and Grida Board are open at the same time :
*Neostudio takes priority.
If you want to use a file from Grida Board, click the [+New] button or click on the file you were working on and then click the [Connect Pen] button.
When the connected device popup appears, click the [+Device Connection] button to transfer the device authorization from Neostudio to Grida Board.
Click [OK] to move the authorized device from Neostudio to Grida Board. The device will no longer be connected to Neostudio.
Disabling dual windows
To use devices connected to NeoLAB Cloud smoothly, you can connect them to one of NeoLAB's services and use them.
If you open two or more windows of Neostudio:
The device list connected to the most recently opened window will be synced.
When the most recent window is connected to a device, a popup will appear on the first window to disable the connection and disconnect the device list synchronization.
