To log in to NeoStudio, NeoLAB Cloud must be running.
If NeoLAB Cloud is already running :
Once you log in to your account, the list of devices connected to NeoLAB Cloud will be synced and you will be redirected to the Neostudio main screen.
If you have not downloaded NeoLAB Cloud
Click the "Download NeoLAB Cloud" button on the login screen and install it.
For Windows OS: The NeoLAB Cloud.exe installation file will be downloaded.
For Mac OS: You will be directed to the NeoLAB Cloud App Store link. Please download and run it from the App Store.
After downloading NeoLAB Cloud, please refer to the login guide.
