Change RECO data storage location

Change RECO data storage location

💎Windows

  1. Click [Settings] on the left menu of Pen Manager.

  2. Click the [🔍] magnifying glass button in the data storage location.

  3. Select the desired folder in the search window.

  4. When you transfer the data of Reco, it will be saved in the folder you just selected.

✔ Notes

  1. You cannot designate a folder further than the default storage location as storage location.

  2. You cannot change the storage location in Guest login.

  3. If the file name of RECO data(recorded and handwritten data) is changed, the data cannot be matched and the audio of RECO cannot be played. Thus, it is recommended not to change the names of recorded and handwritten data.

  4. If you want to change the name or backup the data to another storage device, please copy the file before making any changes.

💎Mac

For Mac, the storage location change function is not provided as errors often occur when the storage location is changed.
