Fix Sync Issues
By synchronizing in Pen Manager, you can view the same data in the same account on each device. If you have synced, but the data that can be viewed is different for each device, or if the sync is not able to complete, there is a possibility that there is an error in the process of syncing.
1. Are you online?
Synchronization takes place only when the network is online. Check if the computer's network is connected properly, and reconnect if necessary. When your computer is offline, you can only view the data currently stored on the device.
2. Is the auto-sync button turned ON?
Pen Manager supports both automatic synchronization and manual synchronization. If the automatic synchronization function is turned on, synchronization is performed once every 15 minutes without pressing the synchronization button separately. However, if the automatic synchronization function is off, you must manually press the synchronization button to proceed with synchronization. If the auto sync button is off, press the sync button and check if the sync is in progress.

Run the Pen Manager program and click [Settings] on the left menu.
Click the [🔄] Sync button in the'Synchronize' section of the settings page.
When synchronization is completed, the'last synchronization' time is updated to the current time. If an error occurs, a message saying 'Data Synchronization Failed' will appear.
If the problem persists, try another method.
3. Did you restart your computer?
Restarting your computer resets your Internet connection and sometimes causes Pen Manager synchronization to work properly.
4. Did you restart the Pen Manager app?
Synchronization may resume after closing and restarting the Pen Manager app. Here's how:
Click the Pen Manager icon in the menu bar or system tray, and click Exit Pen Manager.
Open the application menu, launch Pen Manager again, and log back in if necessary.
If the problem persists, try another method.
5. Are you logged into the same Pen Manager account on all devices?
Synchronization only works if you are logged into the same Pen Manager account on each computer. Here's how to check :
Launch the Pen Manager app.
Check the ID displayed in the upper right corner of the Pen Manager app.
6. Does your computer have enough hard drive space to sync?
If there is not enough space on your computer hard drive, Pen Manager will not be able to sync files. Here's how to check your hard drive space:
Mac computer: Check the Apple Support site for instructions for your version of macOS.
Windows computer: Check the Microsoft support site for instructions for your version of Windows.
If you run out of space on your computer's hard drive, you can free up the space by deleting your files.
