To connect RECO to NeoLAB Cloud, you need to directly connect its built-in 5-pin USB to your PC.
Since the data size of RECO is larger than that of the smartpen, you can selectively upload data by activating the [Data Upload] button.
Only one RECO can be connected to the cloud at a time.
If you change the RECO device name, the cloud may not recognize it, so please keep the name of the RECO storage as [NPR-R100].
Since RECO cannot measure battery, it remains in the [Charging] state when connected.
Connect your PC and RECO with a 5-pin data transfer cable.
Run the NeoLAB Cloud.
If 'RECO' appears in the connected devices, please press the [Upload Data] button to upload your handwriting and audio data.

If a permission popup appears, please click [Allow].
