Data Upload for Device (Smartpen)

• The handwriting data is automatically uploaded as soon as the device (smartpen) is connected. You can check the handwriting data on both NeoStudio (mobile, web) immediately after the upload.

  *However, in exceptional cases like RECO, uploading is done by clicking the [Upload Data] button manually. Please note this and make sure to upload the data.

  1. Loading

  

  • As soon as the device is connected, if there is any handwriting data, it starts loading to upload the data.

  • Once the loading is completed, it moves on to the upload stage.

  2. Uploading

  

  • After loading is complete, the upload process will begin.

  • You cannot disconnect the device during the upload process.

  3. Upload Complete

  

  • Once the upload is completed successfully, a completion icon like the one shown above will appear.

  • You can also check the upload status at the top of the screen. Uploaded handwriting data can be viewed in Neostudio.
