During the process of uploading handwriting data from the pen, errors can occur. These situations may occur for several reasons.
Collision during the process of bringing handwriting data to the cloud
Error during the process of uploading handwriting data to the NDP (Neo Data Platform) server
In such cases, the issue is usually temporary, and waiting for a short period of time or disconnecting and reconnecting the device should allow for successful uploading.
If you encounter the above error, you won't be able to upload data properly.
