Login error cases

1. If pop-ups are blocked

  • Errors that may occur during login⚠️

  • If you access using the Chrome browser, there may be cases where pop-up blocking is enabled in the Chrome settings itself.

  1. Click the pop-up blocking icon next to the site input field at the top.

  2. Click the More icon at the top right and select Settings.

  3. Click Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and Redirects > Allow sites to send pop-ups and use redirects.

2. Possible errors after a successful login.

  • There are cases where errors occur even after a successful login process. There could be several situations.

  1. If the selection of the account to log in to is canceled but not processed.

  2. If the selected account itself is blocked automatically due to too many login attempts.

  3. If there is an unknown error on the site of the selected account, and login is not successful.

  • If such errors occur, click the [Return to NeoLAB Cloud] button then it will close the browser window, but the login screen may still appear in the cloud.

  • In this case, clicking the [Back to login] button allows for successful login.
