Errors that may occur during upload RECO data⚠️

1. During data upload

  • There may be several reasons for errors that occur during the data upload process for RECO.

  1. Including errors that occur when transferring Reco's data to the cloud

  2. Errors that occur when transferring data from the cloud to the server

  • If such a popup appears, please click the [OK] button to close the popup and then click the [Disconnect] button to remove the USB cable and reconnect it.

2. During audio data upload

  • There may be errors that occur during the audio data upload process for RECO's data.

  • If such a popup appears, Please click the [OK] button to close the popup, then press [Disconnect] to remove the USB cable and try again after a moment.

3. No responce NDP (Neo Data Platform) Server

  • There may be several reasons for errors that occur in the NDP (Neo Data Platform) server during data upload.

  1. Including server errors

  2. Errors that occur during audio data format conversion

  • If such a popup appears, please click the [OK] button to close it and wait a moment, or press [Disconnect] to release the USB connection."

*If none of the above apply

  • If you encounter the above error, you won't be able to upload RECO data properly.

  • Please check again if your case matches any of the mentioned scenarios.
