General
General Setting is Basic specifications of NeoLAB Cloud.
1. Account Info
This is information about the account logged into the NeoLAB Cloud.
Clicking [Logout] will take you to the login screen.
The profile picture shows the profile of the connected account, and you can change the profile picture on the homepage of the connected account.
2. Basic Setting
This is information about the account setting into the NeoLAB Cloud.
Basic Setting
Startup Settings: A setting that allows you to launch the program automatically when your PC starts up.
Language Setting
This is a setting to change the language within the cloud.
Currently, Only Korean and English are supported, and other languages will be added in the future.
3. App information
This is information of NeoLAB Cloud App Version.
The device can be updated to the current version and the latest version, and when the update is in progress, the cloud is shut down and then restarted.
4. Account Management
This is information of Account management.
If you click the [Delete] button, please refer to the account delete details below.

Clicking on the [Delete] button will bring up the pop-up window as shown above.
Clicking on the [Cancel] button will take you back to the previous screen, while clicking on the [OK] button will delete the information indicated below and take you to the login screen.
▶️ Please check the followings before deletion.
Information to be deleted upon account deletion
Member information, connected device history, connected device name, device password, handwritten data, recorded data, favorites list and handwritten data imported from Neo Note
Please note that the above information will not be kept and will be deleted immediately upon deletion.
Before deletion, be sure to back up data connected to all services.
Upon deletion, data of the account cannot be recovered.
You can re-register after deletion.
