• After downloading NeoLAB Cloud from the following link, please install and run it. Depending on your PC operating system, you can choose either Windows or Mac OS for installation.

NeoLAB Cloud (Windows) - Download

• OS: Windows 10 or higher (x86)

• Processor: 32-bit processor or higher

• Memory: 2GB or more

• Storage: At least 100MB of free space

• Resolution: 1024 x 720 or higher

• Bluetooth: v4.0 or higher

• Required Installation: Latest version of Chrome browser

NeoLAB Cloud (Mac) - Download

• OS: Mac OS 10.15 Catalina or higher

• Processor: 64-bit processor

• Memory: 2GB

• Storage: At least 100MB of free space

• Resolution: 1024 x 720 or higher

• Bluetooth: v4.0 or higher

• Required Installation: Latest version of Chrome browser

• Please follow the steps below to install NeoLAB Cloud

  1. Depending on your PC operating system, choose either the Windows or Mac OS version to install.

  2. After installation, run NeoLAB Cloud.

  3. Choose one of the following options to log in: 'NeoLAB login', 'Google login', or 'Apple login'.

* Please note that Google does not allow children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in their country of residence) to log in to non-Google apps using their Google account. Therefore, if you have a child under the age of 13, they will not be able to log in to NeoLAB Cloud using their Google account. In this case, please use a Google account for a user who is at least 13 years old.
